Executive Coaching
We agree a coaching contract at the first session which includes the duration of the programme, the goals of each session and the measures of success for the coaching programme overall. We will normally visit the client at their offices every 4 - 6 weeks for a session that lasts 2 – 3 hours. Our clients also have the option of visiting us in our offices in Sandwich. We specialise in coaching senior female executives.

- Alleviating stress
- Setting and achieving goals
- Improving motivation
